The most incredible event of the 2014 Spring Tournament, indeed in the entire history of the DAA, was the transfer of the Pink Socks award on subsequent days from Sean Steinour to Scott Steinour to Sid Steinour. Never in the history of the DAA has one entire family exhibited such consistently bad play over the course of three days! Those of us who witnessed this amazing piece of history are still speechless and appreciative.

Redemption!

We are honor-bound to report that after the 2014 fiasco for the Steinour family, they had a spectacular year in 2015, nearly monopolizing the chip-ins and deuces. Sid won the daily net competition, won $110 for a chip-in and $120 for a deuce (the same shot). Sean's gross scores were an impressive 80, 80, 88, and 84. Scott played a supportive role by not winning any pink.
